• "Service" refers to the Campus Jobs website and platform.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses our Service.
• "Student" refers to users who register as students seeking employment.
• "Job Poster" refers to users who register to post job opportunities.
• "Content" refers to information, text, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on our Service.

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

As a user of our Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

For Job Posters:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your job listings
• Job listings must comply with all applicable laws, including labor and anti-discrimination laws
• You must accurately represent the job, compensation, and company
• You agree to review applications in a timely manner
• You must not discriminate against applicants based on protected characteristics

For Students:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and application information
• You must not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
• You agree to respond to communications from job posters in a timely manner
• You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee employment

Campus Jobs may charge fees for certain services. When applicable:

• All fees are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS)
• Payment terms will be specified at the time of purchase
• We use secure third-party payment processors
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time with reasonable notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Campus Jobs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

By posting content on our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through our Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campus Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service
